Refugees of all times. In a museum you'll stumble upon your typical Dutch wall, complete with the painting of an ice-skaters landscape. How Dutch the skaters must be! What is Dutch? Once in conversation they turn out to be refugees, or descendants of refugees. How much is Holland formed by them. how many of us do not realize that refugees are indeed an 'all times phenomenon'? How do we tell such a story with a twitch of humor?
