This is a Museum where Children Can Playfully Discover the World of Comics

None other than Sus Antigoon (the ghost of Spike and Suzy's great-great-great-great-grandfather) gives an introductory speech at the entrance of the Spike and Suzy Children's Museum in the Professor Barnabas tower. The children then follow a track through ten galleries, all in different colours. In each room they’ll receive a task with which they playfully discover the world of comics. For example, what do you have to take into consideration when you want to draw a neat composition? Or how do you portray reality? Why do cartoonists make use of comic vocabulary? How important is it to choose the right colour and how do you build a gripping plot?
In the studio you can follow the drawing process with Spike and Suzy's inventor Willy Vandersteen and find out where he gets his inspiration from. It is an entertaining museum most of all, where all the parts are imperceptibly connected in one large network, backed up by software that’s running in the background.
