Visitor Centre Gelderse Poort is located in the beautiful old railway station of Kranenburg. It is the ideal starting point for all kinds of trips. Visitors can make virtual trips through various periods and themes. Which theme would you choose: nature, culture or agriculture?
Once people have made their choice they can step aboard an awaiting train. The tour guide will escort visitors along all aspects of the area. Every so often you’ll get off the train to visit one of the nature exhibits. And at the end of the trip you’ll make an entirely different one. You’ll fly over the entire zone just like the large flocks of geese do, which play an important part in this region.
